Chapter Programs

Chapter programs range from 75-minute pre-dinner addresses at a chapter meeting, to three-day, highly-experiential chapter bonding experiences. Jim and OnCourse team members work closely with both the Education Chair and Day Chair to conceive and execute a memorable event, tailored to the demographics of the chapter and packed with immediate take-home value. We are comfortable working in fancy hotels or rustic outdoor settings.

Region / Area / University Programs

These programs range from keynotes by Jim, to 50-minute breakout sessions, to half-day, intimate workshops. As with the Chapter Programs Jim and the OnCourse team work closely with the Education Chair so our sessions complement the overall theme of the event. Drawing on 17 years of YPO experience as both a member and presenter, Jim is often invited to work with the Education Committee a full year before the event to coordinate the flow of tracks and maximize the educational impact to attendees.

Navigating Transitions Program

Navigating Transitions is a 4-day, forum-like, life-transformation seminar for YPOers, WPOers and spouses / guests who seek transformation and renewal in their: vocation, marriage and family, sense of life purpose, friendships, relationship to money and spirituality.

OnCourse Education Programs: Helping Leaders Contemplate Their Destiny

Structured as a blend of experiential, life-sharing, issue-exploring exercises, participants leave with deeper personal awareness and a no-nonsense, personal transition blueprint for transforming their lives from disillusionment to discovery to destiny.
